Panax ginseng is one of the most commonly used and highly researched species of ginseng. This species, which is native to China, Korea, and Russia, has been an important herbal remedy in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years, Panax ginseng is used primarily to improve psychologic function, exercise performance, immune function, and conditions associated with diabetes. Panax ginseng was used in China as an overall cure used primarily as a treatment for weakness and fatigue.
Panax ginseng enhances phagocytosis, natural killer cell activity, and the production of interferon; improves physical and mental performance in mice and rats; causes vasodilation; increases resistance to exogenous stress factors; and affects hypoglycemic activity.
Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) is adaptogen, anticholesteremic, mildly anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, a nervine and an immune tonic. Symptoms of fatigue, stress, neurasthenia and sore muscles associated with the hypofunctioning of the endocrine system, and adrenal exhaustion indicated by a quivering tongue, dark circles under the eyes, and dilating/contracting pupils. Eleutherococcus senticosis may alleviate these symptoms.

COENZYME Q10
As part of the mitochondrial electron transport chain, coenzyme Q accepts electrons from reducing equivalents generated during fatty acid and glucose metabolism and then transfers them to electron acceptors. At the same time, coenzyme Q transfers protons outside the inner mitochondrial membrane, creating a proton gradient across that membrane. The energy released when the protons flow back into the mitochondrial interior is used to form ATP.
CoQ10H2 inhibits lipid peroxidation when cell membranes and low-density lipoproteins (LDL) are exposed to oxidizing conditions outside the body (ex vivo).
