Danor's BioSoy is a pure extract of non-denatured, deflatted, genetically non-modified soybean flakes.
BioSoy is a natural soy phytochemicals product, rich with soy oligosacharides. BioSoy serves as a source of nutritional constituents to be added into "BIO" type product such as yogurts, other milk products and baked products.
BioSoy is a wealthy source of stacchyose and raffinose as other soy micronutrients. Added BioSoy promotes the growth of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus bacteria in the human gut. The BioSoy phytochemicals are considered benefical for maintenance of good health.
They include isoflavones, saponins, proteolytic enzymes inhibitors, peptides, peptones, crude lipid material that includes phospholipids and phytosterols, phenolic acids, etc.
